1 cup of boiling water
1 small handful of fresh white clover blossoms (thoroughly washed) OR 1 tablespoon of dried blossoms
Note: Always harvest blossoms from clean areas free of pesticides or animal traffic.
Raw honey or lemon (optional, to taste)
Instructions:
Place the fresh or dried blossoms into your favorite mug or teapot.
Pour the boiling water directly over the blossoms.
Cover and let it steep for about 10 minutes to extract all the beneficial compounds.
Strain the tea to remove the flowers.
Stir in honey or a squeeze of lemon if desired, and enjoy!
