1. Guava Leaf Compress for Tired or Irritated Eyes
A warm guava leaf compress has long been used in traditional herbal practices to soothe tired eyes after exposure to dust, wind, or prolonged screen time.
Ingredients
- 4–5 fresh guava leaves
- 1 cup filtered water
Instructions
- Wash the leaves thoroughly.
- Boil them in water for about 5 minutes.
- Allow the infusion to cool until comfortably warm.
- Soak a clean cotton pad or soft cloth in the liquid.
- Place the compress over closed eyelids for 10–15 minutes.
